To organize, manage and maintain fundamental community structures, in order to offer and provide social, humanitarian, cultural and educational services to the public and the population; 

To promote and defend the rights of the elderly, the persons with reduced autonomy, the youth, adolescents and children;

To develop, implement, organize and manage community projects and activities pertaining to the elderly, the persons with reduced autonomy, the youth, adolescents and children;

To promote relations of collaboration, dialogue and mutual understanding between the various groups or components of society, in order to contribute to the implementation of the notions and principles of unity, cooperation and solidarity;

To promote and defend human and moral values, human rights, community values, and fundamental principles of truth, justice, equality, ethics, tolerance, responsibility, peace and harmony.
